We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices. downloadxAI is a tool; we do not host, store, or distribute video content — files are fetched directly from VK's servers by the user's browser.

If you believe content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@videodownloaderai.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown" and include:

• Your full name, address, and contact email.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the material and enough detail for us to locate it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review and act on complete, valid DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt. Actions may include blocking the reported URLs from our Service. Incomplete notices may be returned for more information, which can extend this window.

If you believe material was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice to support@videodownloaderai.com including:

• Your name, address, and contact email.
• Identification of the material that was blocked and its URL.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or the appropriate judicial district).
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon a valid counter-notice, we may restore access within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service for users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
