downloadxAI is built to be private by design. We don't require registration, we don't store the videos you download, and we don't track what you paste into the downloader. This policy explains the minimal data handling that keeps the site running, in line with the GDPR and CCPA.

• No accounts. We never ask for your name, email, or VK credentials.
• No stored videos or links. Video links you paste are processed transiently to fetch the file and are not logged or retained.
• Cookies & local storage. A single preference is stored in your browser — your theme choice (dark/light) and your cookie-consent decision. These never leave your device and are not used for tracking.
• No third-party trackers. We load no analytics, advertising, or social-media scripts.

Where the GDPR applies, our only processing is based on legitimate interest (serving the pages you request and remembering your display preference). Because we collect no personal data profiles, there is no data to sell, share, or monetize — and we never will.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port any personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing (note: we do not sell or share personal data).

To exercise any of these rights — including data deletion requests — email support@videodownloaderai.com. We respond within 30 days.

Since we don't retain pasted links or downloaded content, there is effectively nothing to breach. Traffic to the site is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Standard hosting logs (IP address, user agent) are kept by our infrastructure provider for a short operational window and are not combined with any profile.
